Partnered with Schaefer Construction Co. and Green Development to create a 3-story medical office space. 52,000 sq. ft. combined space for Frederick County's DPW (26,000 sq. ft.), County Health Department renovation, Elections office (18,000 sq. ft.), tenant fit-out and design for new Public Safety Training Building (8,000 sq. ft.) 20,000 sq. ft. 170 person turn-key relocation for University of Maryland's University Physicians Inc.'s administrative offices. Successfully, efficiently, and cost-effectively, coordinated the design of new office space and relocated UPI's workforce without interrupting normal day-to-day operations. 12,000 sq. ft. for three M&T Bank branches located in Bowie, Glen Burnie and Odenton, including two free-standing buildings. 10,000 sq. ft. adaptive re-use tier-III Co-Location data center project. Completed first phase (10,000 sq. ft.) of total 72,000 sq. ft. Pryme Technologies flagship headquarters. 7,000 sq. ft. of adaptive re-use for Baltimore-based law office of Meringer, Zois & Quigg.
